Adapting to climate change in a diverse landscape: case study of the Kruger to Canyons Biosphere Region

Project Objective/ Description: This study aims to investigate and communicate the latest climate change predictions, impacts and research to key stakeholders within the diverse landscape of the Kruger to Canyons Biosphere Region.

The project has been designed in the spirit that managers and policy-makers should have the opportunity to make full use of scientific outputs to adapt to the climatic changes, which are a threat to the economic and natural resource sustainability of the Kruger-Canyon Biosphere Reserve. This project thus hopes to strengthen the science-practice dialogue in the region.
