Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will focus on key governance matters essential to the Adaptation Network’s operations and future direction.This year’s AGM will cover:
Unlike previous AGMs, where voting focused on office bearers and the host organisation, this year’s voting will be for a committee to oversee the transition process and an interim host organisation.
Given the importance of these matters, we strongly encourage all members to attend. If you are unable to join, please nominate another registered AN member as your proxy using the attached proxy voting form. Signed proxy forms should be submitted to the AN Coordinator by 17:00 on 17 February.
Your participation is vital to ensure that the Adaptation Network continues to grow and adapt effectively.
