Let’s Shape the Network’s Future Together

The Special General Meeting (SGM) has been convened to address a critical issue regarding the organisational structure of the Adaptation Network (AN). This structure has presented challenges over the past few years, and a legal review conducted in 2024 has confirmed the need for change.
During the SGM, the findings from the legal review will be presented, providing members with the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion about the proposed changes. An online voting poll will open at the start of the meeting and remain open until midday on 17 February. A recording of the meeting, along with any presentations, will be made available to all members to ensure informed participation in the voting process.
The results of this vote will be tallied and formally presented at the AGM on 18 February.
Given the significance of these decisions for the future of the AN, we encourage all members to attend the SGM and actively participate in shaping the network’s path forward.
